Near to Shang Hai office with walking distance. I staying there for a week. Overall was good. Spacious room, various choices of breakfast, facilities quite complete. The cleaner were aggressive, sometime morning time 8.15am++ already knock your door for room cleaning services. I just doubt about the cleaning process, they will change the towel and clean up the room every day but I don't think they will vacuum the floor because I spot out there is small piece of glass on the floor. I just pick it and throw into dustbin away.

this hotel has all the opportunities to be a fine place, but they miss out because of simple things. to be able to talk to the staff you must be able to speak chinese because nobody speaks english or other languages. i.e. trying to have simple things in the bar a g+t, a glass of wine or other normal drinks, you can only have beer or whisky, and wine by the bottle, that is if you order before 22.00 after this also wine is off the table. breakfast is a total disaster even a hot coffee is impossible unless you get it past the microwave. smiling staff is also rare so all these little things makes it a poor experience

The hotel is located in a business district of Shanghai, but has good connections via Metro (line 9) to the central areas of the city. Architecture and infrastructure is modern, although the finish is ... well, it is a Chinese hotel for Chinese. At the reception desk, only one to two people speak English (the same applies to the hotel bar) and no one will understand you in the breakfast area. The rooms are quite spacious and you find everything that you need for a couple of nights. Everything was clean and room service was also good. The breakfast is okay and the food and drinks in the hotel bar were excellent! They offered very nice packages / specials because of the football championship.
