EXPRESS BY HOLIDAY INN ZHABEI

Not a good experience at this hotel. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. It is on a 3 star level. Small elevator and small rooms. Luna at the reception had a really bad attitude. We came with a 2 year old and 8 year old kids. We had booked a bit more expensive room than standard. We asked nicely about an upgrade. She wants extra payment for it, which we agreed to, but still we did not get the room we talk about. When we complained she wants more money for it. We dropped it and stayed in our original room. AC is very unstable. Gets hot and cold all the time. Vindues are leaking. They are located in the wrong part of Jing'an District. The name is deceiving. Bad location. No one to help with luggage. We should ask for help for that. We will not return. They do nothing for their members. Why should you return to them. We travel a lot and have received much better service at other hotels.

Our group stayed 2 nights from 8 -10 May 2026. We did not have much time to enjoy much of its facilities. In general , this hotel is new and rooms are spacious ,with huge TV .It is clean with detailed amenities . Breakfast at Jing'an Bistro has wide range of selections & delicious food The staff are friendly ,accomodative and helpful. The Lobby has complimentary coffee/tea available 24/7, absolutely great guesture. Special mention for the gym, well equipped, on 24th floor overlooking stunning views of the city skyline and the laundry room with washing machines & dryers. Only setback is the pillow although "firm" are too soft for our preferances. Also the aircon control could not keep us cool, we eventually had to open window to receive the cool wind ! Overall we had a good stay !

Hotel rooms and enviroment were luxurious and modern. Rooms are clean and have detailed amenitie as well as breakfast with a wide range of selections and delicious food. The main highlight that we had in our 9-day stay at Holiday Inn Jing’an hotel was the excellent service. The hotel staff Eva and Hong Yuan were very friendly and welcoming, often providing extra service to us. Their hospitality made us feel like home during our stay. Moreover, they even gave us gifts and souvenirs before completing our stay. The cleaner, Lia He also wrote a heartfelt note to us after cleaning our room. It was truly sad finishing our stay at the hotel and I really hope to return once again. 酒店的客房和环境都非常豪华且现代化。房间干净整洁，设备齐全。此外，早餐选择丰富，食物美味。我们在静安假日酒店为期九天的入住期间，最突出的亮点是卓越的服务。酒店员工邱缘和艳红非常友好热情，经常为我们提供额外的帮助。他们的热情款待让我们在入住期间有宾至如归的感觉。此外，在我们离开之前，他们还赠送了礼物和纪念品。让我们十分感动。清洁人员继红在打扫完房间后也给我们留下了一张真挚的感情留言。结束这次酒店的入住让人感到非常不舍，我真心希望将来还能再次回来。
