The living room and the bathroom was lined with a lot of all sorts of things: creams, comb, razor, packets of tea, a bottle of water 5 liters, slippers, etc. But it was not clear included all this is in the price of accomodation or not. It is desirable that this and other amenities are reflected on the site when booking. With these questions, I turned to repeatedly Easytobook.com. The latter gave me the email address of the hotel, but he did not answer me. It is also desirable that the staff knew English better.

The hotel's location is the only plus! We were lucky to get the room with the view on The Bund, so we could see all those cool buildings and the Pearl tower, but that's all we liked about this hotel. King room that we booked and got was not really a king room, instead it was a smaaaaaall tiny room without any free space to move. Bathroom is stinky, although seems like it was renovated recently, the wall seperating the room and the bathroom is made of glass, so basicly it's possible to see shower and toilet...the most awful thing was when my husband found a cockroach on our bed, good thing i was sleeping already...so i really don't recommend this place! Oh, and it's hard to sleep in the night during the weekends, it's noisy because of 2 clubs located nearby!

Location wise, it's great, as its within walking distance to The Bund. Other than that, its best to AVOID this hotel. Right outside the main door was a construction site and they worked 24/7. Just imagine the endless drilling noise. On the 2nd night, the hotel HAS NO RUNNING WATER!! We came back to the hotel around 7PM after a long, hot & sweaty day,.. and was told there is no water for shower!! The front desk informed us that the water should be up and running by 11PM. We went to the convenience store next door and found out they have running water!! The lady at the counter said that was not the 1st time the hotel has no running water!! We made a complaint to the front desk & was told it never happened before and the water was off due to the construction, bla bla, bla... and to wait a bit longer as water should be on by midnight. Passed midnight, still no water & we made another complaint. The front desk then (miraculously) said there is cold water on level 2 & we could have our shower there!!! What a service, eh??? We checked out that very same day. Oh,.. btw,.. there is no mini bar in the room, you need to use the communal fridge on level 1.
