Great location within the city center. 2-3 min walk to MRT entrance for lines 1,2 and 8. Service is professional, warm and sincere. Giving a feel of home away from home. Staff also provided excellent advice for food options. Special call out to Angela, Leo and Rachel for their professionalism! Very much appreciated. Hotel also have excellent city view.

Amazing experience at this hotel ! Went for my engagement trip and couldn’t have hoped for better. The lounge on the 58th floor was great. John was especially friendly and made our trip super special !

John at the lounge is very good, we had a very pleasant trip at the lounge because of him. He took the time to salute us and be of help every time he saw us. Overall great hotel.
