Green Garden Hotel

My son & I spent 1 night here as we were headed back to U.S. The hotel was nice, neat & clean. Breakfast was included & was very good (included bacon & eggs, coffee & juices. Also included Chinese style foods too).

Customer service was excellent. Right from reception to housekeeping, the staff was very courteous and helpful. 10 on 10 for service. The property, however, was very dated and is due for renovation. The Hotel lobby was nice although the seating could do with some more comfort. The rooms were very dark. At least the one I was in. They were humid and smelly. Although the aircon had a minimum of 10degrees It barely got down to even 18deg. Bathroom was small and dark too. The views were not fabulous at all. My room was looking into the apartments next door. I must admit however, that there was a bit of a distance. Although I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room it wasn't the perfect place to get back to after a very hectic and stressful day.

The rooms in this smaller Hotel in the Pudon area are quite nice. Japanese inspired but fairly small. Bathroom very nice, but the room had a strange smell of humidity. The breakfast has only a very small selection of western Food, but a large selection of Chinese breakfast.
