Very limited English speaking at the front desk. The hotel does not accept foreign credit card. You must go to an ATM in the street to get the cash necessary for the deposit. The room which seems confortable at a first look is not well maintained, smelling the smoke even it is a non smoking room, carpet with marks of cigarettes. The noise of the street is quite high even at the 9th floor.
