仕事で1週間滞在しました。キッチン、冷蔵庫はありましたが、電子レンジがなく不便でした。（ホテルの公式サイトには電子レンジ付きの写真がアップされていましたが）滞在5日目の夜に不注意で部屋のカードキーを紛失し、カウンターの女性に相談に行ったのですが、カードキーはその1枚しかないです！の1点張り。他の部屋を用意するなどの対応もしてくれず、早くどこか行けくらいの勢いでした。掃除の人が使っている...

前台女的服务员态度还好。遇到一个男的前台，不知是不是老板自己，竟然警告我说要开发票，就不能订特价房。我不理会他，下次还是透过携程定了特价房，并坚持开发票。酒店竟然通知携程说我未入住，不让我返现。我向携程申诉，不受理会，说酒店坚持说我未入住。我说可以扫描发票给他作证明也不理会我。
