The Renaissance Hongqiao Shanghai is nicely renovated. More modern and comfortable. Staff at the front desk, concierge, breakfast, housekeeping are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent. I highly recommended this hotel. LK from Melbourne, Australia
