太恐怖！太恐怖！不可能相信這家酒店可以在上海經營，更不可能相信政府衛生局批准為隔離酒店。 1，外牆玻璃破，裂，洞- 危險！ 2，完全沒有清潔，衛生安排，由進門到房間，都是垃圾！ 3，房間破，爛，污糟和臭到極點，我用毛巾擦，全部黑污污。 4，房間有昆蟲，曱甴的屍體！ 5，一整天在機場和飛機上，晚餐派了一個方便面！ 6，晚上開始有唱歌的聲音，非常刺耳！無法休息 7，房間對著垃圾收集區，晚上不停工作，搬運清理的聲音，無法入睡！ 8，我已經崩潰！什麼酒店！什麼標準！什麼服務！ 9，房租RMB280/天，三餐60或100（什麼食物？什麼標準？） 10，惡夢⋯⋯

Hotel is good...but need more maintenance...it's a old hotel. Toilets need more maintenance. Location is good...staffs are good but difficult to communicate due to lack of English knowledge. Restaurant is also good.

The bathrooms/toilet are visible from the room which is very terrible and looks ugly. The ACs are not working properly. The service is below average. The reception attitude is not good. The facilities are not good..
