Very bad service from the customer service counter. Waited one hr + for check in and we have booked the hotel, it's not a last min booking. No apologies, nothing from them. I'm still waiting here at...

莫泰168霍山路店在虹口区霍山路上离地铁4号线很近交通购物餐饮都非常方便，复式的房间很干净，除了没有配电吹风别的电水壶宽带什么都有，卫生间在楼下床垫在楼上，楼上和楼下都有电视机，通风不是太好房间里潮乎乎的，隔音效果一般般，洗手间很大，沐浴露、洗发水、护发素是三合一的好像经济连锁的都是这样，性价比不错。
