I stayed at Imperial Garden Hotel for 2 nights to join a conference in the city center. The location of the hotel is good. In the city center. Within 5-10 minutes you can reach almost all the places in the center. Unfortunately the service isn't so good. The reception desk is pretty slow (the check in took me 25 minutes) and the service is....average. The room was clean a big but not really comfortable. If your room is facing backside of the hotel you better use ear plugs because of the elementary school. The typical Chinese morning muster is annoying and sleep killing. So if you stay there I suggest you to ask for a high-floor room facing the street.
