Chengdu Master

The city is a Tier-2 city and is upcoming with lot of Industrial growth. This hotel is in South of Chengdu, but still very near to the city centre. The staff is very helpful and hospitable, the rooms are huge, spacious, well decorated, and well planned. The bathroom was one of he biggest i have seen in recent times of my travel. Using a promotion offer, we were upgraded to the exec floor,which itself is a wonderful experience always. The breakfast served was lavish and quite a few options for vegetarians as well ( in the form of ABF dishes, not Indian dishes). The check-in , check-out was quite quick.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip - picked because of location at the edge of town and recommendations from local contacts and it proved to be a good choice. The room I had was very spacious with a huge king bed and decent sized bathroom (only a shower, but even this was a good size) and although I overlooked the main road had no issues on road noise. Staff were efficient and the buffet restaurant has a good choice of western and asian/local fare. The hotel's website makes great claim of having a high powered flushing system for its toilets, and can confirm they have good grounds to make this claim. I would stay here again for my next visit to Chengdu and recommend to others.

I had a room that faced the main road - Ren Ming Nan Road and wasn't as noisy as I thought. perhaps traffic was less given the Fortune Global Forum was being held. I stayed here for 2 nights and found the internet to be fast and the staff were friendly and efficient! i thought the bottled water (regal master branded) tasted funny, but say the same bottle in Air Cina first class lounge...so i guess it's just the brand of water (without regal master logo of course)
