Amazing room with great facilities. I like how quiet is it in the room and you can actually get some rest especially when you travel for business. Breakfast buffet can satisfy even your most demanding appetite. Room service was not really meeting my expectations.

One of the most gorgeous Hotels i had the pleasure to stay in,very classy with amazing art deco and high ceilings.Staff was very helpful except the porter at the entrance,asked for directions and he sends you to the reception desk.Food was great as you can expect from a high class hotel like this.Rooms very immaculate.Looking forward to my next visit.

Our room was in the VIP wing, 21st floor, the newer area, very quiet with plenty of space with all the extras amenities including L'Occitane shower supplies, coffee, tea and fruits. The Jinyue French restaurant food, divine! The Bamboo Garden restaurant, buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wonderful variety for everyone's tastes. The hotel provides an Executive Lounge in the VIP Building! All employees very nice and polite but minimal English is spoken, unless you find James at the Bamboo Garden Restaurant!
