We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel. The family suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Mixed bag. As a Titanium Elite member, I am usually upgraded to a suite no matter where I travel - US, UK, Europe, Singapore, etc. Here we were upgraded to a simple ‘executive room’. The swimming pool and spa facilities were showing their age and weren’t that clean. However, the staff were helpful in retrieving a lost item and sending it on to my hotel in Beijing.

The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms comfortable, nicely decorated, and well appointed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, The hotel is about 2km away from the city center and the area around the hotel has poor accessibility for those with children and pushchair. The pavements are broken and you are sharing the walk space with motorbikes which did not feel safe.
