Sofis Jinyuan Hotel

The gym room is not nice and they closed the spa. The electronic in my room gave small problems. Beside this all best! Very good information center on TV, lots of free films... Room very clean, original decoration and round bed. Breakfast also excellent for foreigners with english descriptions, cheese, croissants... If you have time visit the monastery direct across the street.

I would give better rating to the hotel as all the hotel staff is very friendly except one of the coffee shop female supervisor. We were at the breakfast time and I found there was not coffee cups there and requested the female supervisor but she did not answer me and left. The breakfast time was until 10:00 am. It was 10:05 am while we were still taking our coffee as we were a little late for breakfast; the same supervisor came in without saying a word and picking our plates as well as our cups. We have not finished yet! Without saying a word, surprised us to drive us away! What kind of attitude for a hotel with stars! Also, the kitchen staff was using dirty language talking with each other in front of guests! The coffee shop manager should be working more closely with his crews. It is unfair for other hotel staff doing so well while the coffee shop works so bad damaging the hotel image.

Room is not clean well , Bathroom is not well organized. Water leakages observed, shower is horrible,Sounds of other door is make me awake sometimes :) Food is very good , staffs are friendly , easy access to city and subway .
