Holiday Inn Aqua City Tianjin

The excellent service started at we entered the hotel. First of all, the concierge greeted us kindly. When we checked in, the front desk also introduced local food to us. Especially in the morning buffet, there are many types foods and good service.

This is the worst holiday inn hotel I ever stayed. There is a food menu stated clearly that it has 24 hours in room dining yet when I called for room service, it doesn’t offer any food. The best part, ask me to call for delivery myself. As a foreigner, I have no idea how to get the delivery outside the hotel. I had been working ever since I checked in at 8:30pm. Meeting, tele-conference... email, it will be great to have a meal after a Long day yet this holiday in tianjin aqua city totally tune spoil my day. I am very surprise that the hotel staff is totally not helping the all. Even a motel has higher standard this hotel

Hotel I located in old Muslim quarter of Tianjin. The location is good as big shopping malls around and good food corners to step in. The hotel is old and during my stay I thought I have to sleep in a sauna. Air condition was not working and to open windows next to main road is not wise in China. Reception staff is quite unfriendly and speak almost no English. Breakfast was ok and rooms are reasonable. Price is good.
