The facility is still nice, but it changed a lot. It looks like now more like a Chinese Hotel, not longer „western standard“. Hard to talk to employees in English (they try really the best), breakfast more Chinese than “Intercontinental”, WiFi sucks and staff wasn’t able to fix.

That's wonderful. I haven't stayed in such a comfortable hotel for a long time. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped and well served.Warm in winter and cool in summer，it's a must for a holiday. Very good. Come again next time

I had a wonderful，memorable experience in this hotel. good facility，great service. traditional tianjin culture well combined with luxury hotel. quiet environment and comfortable bed let you escape from busy life. especially a manager Kelly surprised me. She made my reservation，called me to confirm the trip, welcomed me when I arrivaled, gave me help during the stay and farewell me upon checked out. I really appreciate her great service. Hotel Indigo Tianjin will be my must visit hotel as long as I come Tianjin.
