I was at the hotel for an international conference in early 2018. I could not find my wedding ring on the day to check out. The staff promised to make sure to look for it for me. I then returned to the states and did not expect that they could find it for me. Amazingly, 3 weeks later the hotel informed me that they found the ring! They kept the ring for me in its safe until I returned to Tianjin, China for another conference months later. They handed the ring to me after ensuring that I was the owner. I really can't thank the hotel staff enough! The professionalism and consideration demonstrated by the hotel staff is truly remarkable.

I will not address the hotel itself, it is exactly what I expect in industrialized China. I will address the great service I received from housekeeping. I should know by now that my chopstick skills are not good enough to eat noodles. As a result I had a white dress shirt that was in serious need of laundry and to make it worse, I was leaving town in a few hours. Not only did the housekeeping staff deliver the shirt to me in time, the stains were gone. Thank you very much.

We went here with another couple and all four of us had a really great time.We were made to feel very welcome by front desk and concierge, expecially front office manager , who is very professional. Can't say enough nice things, try it for yourselfs, you will not be sorry. This hotel easily exceeded our expectations, which were very high to begin with, based on the rave reviews from this website. We most certainly will stay there again during our next vacation in Tianjin.
