No one can communicate impossible to ask a simple coffee Surrounding crappy and dirty That is not China for sure Staff friendly but incompetent nothing to do you are completely alone Nothing else to say .................................... I will avoid this place

We've booked on internet with rates to go (last minute for hotelclub.com). it took us 2.3 hours to get into our room, as the hotel wanted to charge us the full price and not the internet reduced price written on our voucher. The staff is awfull, don't go !
