Home Inn Dongfeng Square

I enjoyed my stay at the Home Inn in Chengdu so much, I decided to try this one. Also it was in a convenient location near the Dongfeng metro station and the Flying Tigers Museum. Booked on Trip.com, I did not choose the smallest, cheapest, windowless room. Instead I booked a Queen room which cost roughly $31 USD per night. It was a bit small for a long stay, but I was only there for two nights. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water worked fine. Unfortunately, the building entrance is on the second floor, so one must walk up a flight of stairs to the elevator. The reception desk is actually on the third floor. I would stay here again for sure.

Actually this was booked on the road as we travelled, not expecting to munch for the price, we were surprised by the room, very clean, good shower and nice welcoming bed after a day on the road. The place has a KTV on the forth floor, so avoid that at all cost. But for your money, it's not bad..
