InterContinental Kunming Hotel

Intercontinental Kunming is the best hotel I have I ever been for this price. The food at the club lounge is the best! The staff at the IHG group helped our family from checking in to booking a hotels in lijiang getting train tickets. Special thank you to the staff at the IHG guest service desk.

The staff was really nice but the place felt a little impersonal. Our room was located about a 10 minute walk from the lobby and the breakfast restaurant. With young kids it felt far. The room was large and comfortable though, and the breakfast was delicious. We just didn’t really feel welcome by the concierge.

We checked in around 22:30. All resturant were closed , most of the in room dining was not available. Very difficult to find someone to help us in english. It took them more than an hour to prepare a burger and they forgot to prepare the other dish.
