Looks good on arrival. Huge spaces but not really utilised. Revolving restaurant was interesting but had a very minimal offering of breakfast items. Not even a large amount of Chinese dishes to choose from - disappointing for a hotel of this size. There was a small gym (strangely laid out with open entrance in a corridor opposite what seemed like a business centre/room) which I used. There was also a snooker table that I didn't get the chance to use. The rooms were hot and the aircon was not in use (sometimes this is due to "Govt" instructions for eco reasons). Good sized room with very hot water.

A dated hotel. The people at the reception don't speak English. A complaint about the air conditioning did quickly get someone in the room, but through a translation app only the question came if I wanted to buy an air conditioning... The temperature in the room was and remained 26 degrees (on other rooms 23), there appeared to be a central system and our room was of course at the end of the system... Incidentally, it was 25 degrees outside during the day and 22 degrees at night. So only two small windows opened. So the sleep quality was poor. Fortunately the breakfast was very good, a buffet on the 23rd floor mert great views in the revolving restaurant. Eating in one of the restaurants in the hotel is a very expensive affair that we have not used. There are fine restaurants in the area. Across the street, I was fine at an ATM.

Good basic facilities. Upon entry, a massive big chandelier in the foyer. Our room was clean and the bathroom had a supply of amenities available. There was decent room for 2 sizeable bags, with cupboards and wardrobes. Tea and coffee making in room.
