I stayed here in 3 days when travelling to Kunming this Spring. As much as I love its location (in the centre, very convinent for food, shopping, cofffe or just hang around the city...), i have to say that the service is not good at all. The staffs are not much familiar, they don't use English and even when I use Chinese to ask the information about the taxi, the food, the sight seeing in Kunming, the answers are always "no" or "I don't know" (in Chinese, of course). They gave me a big suprise when the wifi is not avaibale there, in that big hotel! The breakfast is not nice at all compared to other 3 star hotel i stayed before.
Besides all that not -good - stuff, I must say the beds are quite confortable. The staff 's nice when allowing 4 ppl together in a room, and the facilities are good!
