Long Way Grand Hotel

Old hotel but still belonging ok, pretty clean even though its furniture is outdated, its rooms are quite large characteristics of the old hotel, the breakfast is good, the lobby is small and the parking space is limited. The advantage of this hotel is its location, for those who are happy the crowd is very suitable to stay in this hotel because the hotel has all shops, staff is friendly and helpful even though communication is difficult, anyway this is a good hotel in their class.

Location - Benefit of being situated next to the "Fude" subway station. Facilities - The interior of the rooms are badly run down and quite dirty. Avoid room 416 at the corner as the bathroom is not situated within the room but next to a poorly insulated window. This makes showering near impossible in the cold winter conditions. The lobby is similarly unpleasant from occassional smell of smoke from cigarettes and spitting observed. Service - Staff are generally professional at the front desk. Breakfast - Has a spread of basic continental and local food. Essentially a bread and egg station for "western" and the local fare of noodles, fried rice and vegetables. The ambience is similarly quite run down like the rooms.

Overall it's slightly above average, I would rate it. However, I was grossly impressed by a front desk staff, Miss Li Ya Ya, 李丫丫， her work attitude,kindness, helpfulness were of top notch. Keep it up Miss Li!👍 From Room 516 17-18/12/23
