Chalet feel. The 'villa' we stayed in has 4 rooms, 2 room each on 2nd and 3rd floor. The kitchen and living room is on the first floor. There is a main door and a side door at the living room. Please do remember to check if the door in the living room is locked as we realized ours is not and anyone can just open and come in. Breakfast is not fantastic.

The resort rates itself as 5 stars. Every villa/resort has 5 rooms, with a living room+sofa+tv for communal watching if needed. There is a kitchen also. 2 rooms on 1st floor and staircase to 2nd floor with 3 rooms. Breakfast was a wide spread but not fantastic. Room was big and comfortable. The housekeeper with the cooking for every villa/resort is no longer available, they have changed it to a common buffet breakfast at the main resort lobby. Far from Lijiang Gu Cheng, 10 mins bus ride away. Will probably not return, too far away from night activity. Good for families though. No pool or gym.

The resort villa is well maintained and the rooms are neat and tidy. Each villa has three levels with 2 rooms each in the 2nd and 3rd level. The ground level is the well furnished living and dining area. Each unit is provided with a housekeeper who does the necessary cooking as dictated by the residents of the unit. No lift in the unit and the wifi is pretty weak. The nearest food joint is 15 to 20 mins by foot or 3 stops away by public bus. However, for those who wish to dine in, the housekeeper can prepare your meals. Ask her for the menu. The room I stayed in the 2nd level was very small and the one on the 3rd level was very big with a balcony as spacious as the room itself
