BRAIM INTERNATIONAL

I stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a tour package. The lobby and the room both looked nice, although the room is a bit dated. It was 11 degrees and pouring rain the day I got there, and the lobby was freezing. The room, on the other hand was too hot. When people asked how to adjust the temperature in the room they were told they couldn’t. Our room hit 27, but there were others that got up to 29. There’s no wifi in the rooms - it’s only available in the freezing lobby and it’s very slow. Breakfast did not offer many western choices - it was fine, but not at the same standard as the other hotels I stayed at. It was fine for a night, but I’m glad we weren’t there longer.

Its a perfect location of Hangzhou right opp to river with beautiful surroundings. Indeed a value place to stay on vacation or business trip. Food taste was good, it would have been nice to have change in Break fast as every day same menu. Walk able distance to many attractions around, value for money.

Stayed here around 6 months ago and although the hotel misrepresented a few things, the room and breakfast were decent (Superior room I think it was). This time I had a room that smelt like smoke, no view and dingy shower (my towel also smelled like smoke!!). Never to return! (Room 2420 if housekeeping is watching) Oh, and super important...THEY DONT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS!!
