The carpet in my room was filthy. I've never had to use the room slippers until this occasion. The room smelt of stale cigarettes and there was no view of the river. It's blocked by sets of newly constructed apartments so your view is basically a construction site. WiFi/ethernet did not work in my room (but it does work in the lobby). Breakfast is included but it is a "all chinese" style buffet so hope you like congee and the like (which I do). The girls at the reception desk speak very little English but they were very professional and tried their best. However, for a reasonably modern hotel the experience was well below expectations. Glad I was only staying for a night.
