Hangzhou Hongli Hotel

Me and my girlfriend went there for 2 days. Nobody was able to speak in english, fortunately she could say something in chinese however they didn't understand. All the people, also in the city center seeing a foreigner started smiling and teasing. The room was dirty, it seemed to be in a motel of 4th class. Finally it was too far and in a unkown street because lot of taxi drivers refused to take us back. A horrible trip around a beautiful historical city. The West lake is amazing but we think we won't go back!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed in June month which is summer in hangzhou. Air condition was not working thru out. We were sweating whole night. We asked for sugar and they said they don't have it in hotel. Charged us for king bed and gave us queen bed when we tried to explain it they said they don't understand. Never try massage in this hotel. It was worst massage I have had. In short don't stay in this hotel it was very far from xihu lake took us 45 mins to reach thr.
