Well priced Good position. Easy access from airport Bad WiFi Good breakfast. Western and Chinese Air con only on heat in winter BOILING CHECK IN LIKE A SNAIL Nice sized rooms Great shower nice temp and good pressure

i think the hotel used to be a really classy one.. but as time goes by, they are not maintaining it really well. so the rooms are old, the tv is old, some torn wallpaper. but the room is large, the bathroom is classy with drinkable tap water inside. The staffs are great, especially the employee of the month (on the board).. they helped me a lot with the taxi, the impression of west lake show ticket and reservation, the translation. even though she doesn't understand english, she tried to translate what she wanna say using the translator from her mobile. thank you for that..! the hotel just need a bit of a renovation, so it doesn't look that old.. :)

I have stayed at this property about 10 times between 2009 and 2011. I selected it based on the recommendation of a local Hangzhou supplier, who notes that it is convenient to the factory I visit, and offers good quality service. I rate overall service as average/acceptable for the pricing and area. The property is old, and management has been slowly upgrading facilities, including a new restaurant, parking structure and business center. All rooms have been clean and all mechanical items functional but decor is a bit dated. Breakfast (Chinese and limited Western buffet) is satisfactory, and dinner (Chinese traditional restaurant) are good. Staff skill with English is limited, so those with no Chinese language at all may find occasional delays in service. Staff are friendly and want to please, but only a few managers speak English. (I speak survival Chinese and have had good service.)
