I stayed last year for a night and great quality price, the rooms were very cozy, modern and clean. If you go for visiting Hangzhou the hotel is not well placed, you need to take a taxi for at least 15 min to go downtown. The staff does not speak english fluent either. But I love this hotel, I have to take a train early in the morning in the east railway station and I will stay at this hotel again.
PS the rooms are as they show in the photos, I went to check it before booking, because I thought could not be posible, but they are, not far from the ramada, royal meridien, or any other high class hotel chain, promise
