Holiday Inn Hangzhou Thousand Island Lake Hotel

The hotel’s facilities and service fully reflect the standards and characteristics of the InterContinental brand. The breakfast is abundant and varied, with consistently high quality. The hotel shows sincere recognition of elite members. The front desk service is both efficient and attentive. In particular, Ms. Sasa is exceptionally kind and warm-hearted, as well as highly professional and responsible. She proactively contacted guests in advance regarding their check-in preferences, and upon departure, she assisted with ticket inquiries and even accompanied guests to the hotel entrance. Highly praised and strongly recommended!

This hotel was decent. The pool and gym facilities were good and the bedrooms were okay - comfortable beds but dated decor. I stayed for three nights but found myself rather hungry near the end of the trip. My diet whilst staying here consisted of noodles in soup with a little soy sauce. I was not prepared to eat chicken bum or pig trotter, sorry but this is not a favourable diet for someone like myself. This may just be my western naivety but the food was just not to my liking. 3/5 overall experience.

Located on highway far from the island the hotel provides comfortable stay, good breakfast Good service, well mannered staff and tidy rooms. Though the island takes another 30-40 minutes by car which is a disadvantage. Other vantage points are this has multigym, swimming pool, sauna but no Jacuzzi. Located around good food joints like Chipotle and Mcdonalds which are actually walking distance.
