Huachen Kenzo Hotel Hangzhou

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I tried out Chinese food, it was amazing. The only challenge was language, but they got for me an english speaking waiter who was serving at the Japanese restaurant. Definitely a good place to stay

very nice place and it was good for stay for business people for budgeted plople their service was very very good... room was spacious and very nice.. i will recomend for travellers who are stay in the near by city..

When I asked the guy at the front desk if there was hot water he straight up said no. Then the worker next to him said there should be and they would send someone up to look into it. We have two rooms on two different floors both with no hot water. You're better off that the staff does not speak English because they are rude in Chinese.
