Very good hotel. All domotized. Very varied breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable.

While the location is extremely convenient via metro (a stone throw away from Feng Qi Lu metro station), it doesnt have a designated lane for car pick up and drop off. Each time is a game of luck for smooth pick up and drop off. Kudos to patient drivers though! Near night market. And who on earth puts a family room on a smoking floor? Asked to switch floors as I have 2 young kids and the adults dont smoke as well but was rejected with ridiculous reason that other family booked earlier than us? but we already checked in ... Duh!

The location of the hotel is good and almost in the city center. Some floors have been renovated, but some floors have not been renovated yet, and the rooms on these floors need to be improved. Room service can be better and faster than the current state. Breakfast is acceptable but could have more variety. The very big and strange problem of this hotel is that the staff can't speak English at all, which is a shame for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. In general, this hotel is average and mostly 4 stars.
