New Century Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Longting Hotel

Friendly and helpful staff, from reception to chambermaid, good breakfast (received knives for toast and coffee from staff without asking despite it being a buffet). Room was clean. When we left, my wife forgot a ring and coat in the hotel room, and the hotel called us about it! Absolutely top notch. We will definitely book here again.

Wow! That was wonderful! I woke up with peacock songs. I sow 7 of them on a tree. It was a unique experience for me. Hotel was good. Although it was in country side it has some electric shuttles for transporting to city center.

The room was clean, spacious and bright with an amazing view of the Thousand Islet Lake. It was good that wifi was rather strong in the hotel room. Service was prompt when we called housekeeping to request for more towels. Staff knew basic English but it was more convenient to converse in Chinese (I didn't want any miscommunication). Breakfast was average, with more Chinese fare than Western food. It would be better if there were more variety available. A plus point would be that the hotel is very close to the lake, and there are many places in the vicinity for guests to explore.
