the hotel is old.when you enter the lobby , you can feel that the hotel is built around 80's.lobby looks like a hospital.the furniture inside the room is old, from chairs, tables, carpet even the phone.they cleaned our room around 9am and we are still in the room,we told them they can clean it later in the afternoon coz we're about to go. but they didnt clean the room after we spoke to front desk staff. No water refill, no coffee refill. its not worth the price. breakfast not many option. the only thing that is good is the location.its infront of a mall.but overall.we will not return anymore.

Me & a colleague visited Hangzhou on 23 April 2019 for a Business meeting with a Machine Supplier. I booked this Hotel online. The Hotel itself is pretty nice, spacious rooms, good amenities, I really liked the soothing blue night light in the bathroom & rooms. However, it was a bit far from Hangzhou East Railway Station & the place of our meeting. Except for the distance, all else was good. The beds were a bit hard. They have smart TV's in their rooms. Suggestion - Choose a room on high floors above 24th floor for great view of nearby buildings & Hangzhou River. Front Desk staff were very helpful & fluent in English.

I would recommend just to sleep here and that’s it. Heating in Hangzhou doesn’t exist, so in cold time sleep in clothes. Old furniture, thin doors and walls, so you hear well your neighbors. But to stay for business -more or less acceptable. Rather cheap for the choice in that part of city
