Victoria Regal

Stayed for one night with husband and son and got a mini suite! It's the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had two toilets! We found our rooms very luxurious and very handy for West Lake which we'd come to see. The breakfast was good and the reception staff member that we dealt with spoke good English and was very nice. I would happily have stayed the week.

nothing much though I was expecting better service and better rooms. The rooms are spacious but they do present minimalist style which does not present itself as value for money given the rate charged. The front desk personnel does not seem well trained. the breakfast was poor even by Chinese standards as my wife claimed. I just had breakfast at a near Starbucks as I was not positively impressed by the hotel. The only thing great is the location and the easy public transport available.

Despite my room was devoid of any window, room was quite comfortable and clean Staff is a disaster, as most chinese hotels. Breakfast is poor However still can advise it as a good option in Hangzhou. Location is also not bad for tourism, but I guess north lake is not reachable by walk, I didn't try.
