The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is well-located near West Lake. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff is cordial, although it is difficult to make yourself understood in English at the hotel bar. Adequate breakfast with Western options.

Terrible customer service and outdated facilities. The staff showed zero willingness to help guests. When I asked for directions to Starbucks, a staff member literally replied in English, 'I don't speak English,' and just brushed me off. They didn't even try to point the way or call someone who could speak English to help. Aside from the unacceptable service, the hotel itself is very old and desperately needs renovation. Very disappointing experience.

The location is great. Close to everything you need. The hotel is also very nice and the staff are very helpful. On arrival they could see I speak English so the allocated me an English speaking staff member who helped me with my whole stay. Ordering food taxis and showing me restaurants. Her name was Polina. I loved it here but please do not come here and expect a brand new 5 star hotel, it has been here for a while.
