Zhejiang Business Hotel

We had 3 weeks holiday in China and visited 5 cities. Zhejiang Business Hotel was the only 4 star hotel I have booked (rest all 5 stars). Had a bit hesitation at beginning, but turned out the Best experience. The service and care provided beat all 5 star hotels we stayed in China. Unlike most modern hotels, this hotel is very Chinese traditional based and popular by locals (include one of the best local Chinese restaurant on its second floor). Here are some details why we like this hotel: Location is excellent : Hotel Metro intersection station is right under the hotel, It only take 10-15 minutes walk to most famous place "the West Lake" Hotel has two onsite restaurants, good combination of Chinese food and Western dinning(both restaurants open for public too which means good quality of food). hotel breakfast also amount one of the best base on variety of food and service. Hotel staff are so kind and caring. Overheard when I book flowers for our anniversary, hotel manager and her staff had decorated our room with all surprise. I will definite come back to stay when travel to Hangzhou again.

Getting here, take metro line 1 and take Exit B The hotel is just a few steps away. Stayed in room 1025 city view. Room size good, clean, comfortable. In room safe. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Fresh fruit daily (banana, pear, apple), cookie. 2 free bottles of water every day. Breakfast was very good, large selection and always replenishing when low on food. For local food go right outside the hotel and turn right to go down Hai’er Ally, there you will find a food court at the end of road across the street, also along the street is KFC, Pizza Hut. Wulin night market is on Longyou Road just outside the food court. Close to the top end of West Lake, about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Brought a 3 day unlimited metro ticket for 45RMB to go exploring everywhere. Going to the airport, take Metro line 1 to Hangzhou East Railway Station cost 3RMB, then head towards to the Airport Terminal Transfer counter at the east end of the Hangzhou East railway station. The bus ticket will cost 20RMB

Lovely hotel with a great location. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I visited here on our honeymoon trip around China. The staff did a lovely honeymoon setup with rose petals, balloons and a room upgrade. Perfect walking distance to west lake and shopping areas with great food surrounding the hotel. 5 Stars.
