Hangzhou LongHill Hotel

All facilities at this hotel are old and tired. Western visitors would not find this hotel very suitable. No to a couple of basic English words spoken by staff. Limited western breakfast and by 8.30 little chinese buffet breakfast left! The hotel is also not close to public transport including subway and also a long way from major tourist attractions

The location of the hotel is nice, 30 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from the center of Hangzhou. The staff is nice, at the reception they speak a little English. The rooms are clean but needs a renovation. The breakfast buffet is quite crowded and mainly serves Chinese food.

I stayed for 2 nights for my business trip. Almost everything is old in this hotel! The pipes were leaky and furniture was about to collapse! The price was reasonable however. Another odd thing was the breakfast which was totally Chinese! I am afraid I can't recommend this hotel.
