我是锦江老会员了，住过这么多次，每次住连锁快捷酒店首选锦江，但这一次真的令我很失望！我于10月21日入住凯旋路店2号楼411房间，刚到酒店，觉得门面很小很不干净。到了前台，就一个服务员坐着，灯光昏暗，服务也很一般。到了4楼后，一股刺鼻的臭味始终弥漫走廊，好在房间里没有臭味。但房间的插座和热水壶都是坏的，而且毛巾又小又薄。还好只住了一晚，这次体验实在太差！！！希望锦江能整改！
