Good location, just 5 minutes walk from Jinhua Mall (Market) Lotte Mart, 24 hour KFC and convenient bus routes on Bayi South Street that take you north of the river and to the railway station plus onto the University via 330
The hotel itself doesn't look too pleasant from the outside but rooms are pretty clean and modern, note beds are hard but I often sleep on the duvet and wrap it round me if I have a king size bed.
I would recommend asking for a room at the front if you are a light sleeper; I was at the back and kept awake by KTV in an adjacent building until 1am and then woken when singers/cleaners started again at 0630am!
Wifi can be picked up in rooms; no English TV channels but CCTV 5 is sport
Staff can't speak much English but translate using their phones
