Never been treated like Wyndham treated, welcoming with hot towel n tea handed, quick check in processed, another welcome greeted by our floor mate, showed to your room, and then the floor nannie came to attended at your services, night tonic was arranged to serve! Room was nice n clean with great comfort sheets n pillows! Really can’t ask anything better! Definitely recommend this location!

It is the second time that i visit this hotel, as my first visit was ok. This time I experienced issues with both the laundry service and show shine services; both were not done, i was not notified of that and only discoverers it after and extensive work day at the office(2am in the morning) and with a train to catch at 9 am the next day. Basically a disaster on two simple services that a high starred hotel should give to someone travelling for business. I give two points, because the first time I stayed at the hotel, the experience was ok.

As a tourist, what is one of the most convenient thing to have on your trip? English speaking service of course! There's not much of it in China, but certainly there's a good one here. Especially when you need help checking in, out, while having a breakfast, or even asking for directions. There's always a reliable English speaking person to aid you around the hotel. We even befriend one of them named Chelsea. She was really helpful in guiding us for the breakfast and other stuff.
