With my company we had a cycle meeting in July 2025 with more than 250 associated. Hotel had good standards, spacious room and meeting rooms. Staff was friendly. Nice located, very tall building. Limited numbers of lift triggers long waiting times. Rooms and furniture a bit old and outdated.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a great location. Close to a shopping mall and restaurants. The room was a good size and clean. Bathroom with a great shower. What bothered me was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Breakfast with a lot of Chinese food, little fruit option (it was cucumber, tomato, watermelon and orange every day). Gym with aerobic equipment, no weights. Free water in the room and a tea maker.

The hotel is located in the Shimao building, occupying the middle floor. The top floor seems to be a budget hotel. What is the owner thinking? The hotel has been open for many years. The lobby is old-fashioned. The front desk staff are like interns. They are enthusiastic about Ctrip, but average about other things. The image is hard to describe. Does the personnel recruitment have no standards at all? Unprofessional, they don't care about members at all. Just a drink, or you have to go a long way to redeem it. Haha, they also hid my check-in record. Are they afraid that I will receive a member questionnaire score? The film on the window of the room is peeling, and the maintenance is very poor. I can only say that this is the case. I don't recommend staying again. There are so many good reviews on TripAdvisor. I really don't know what they are thinking.
