Casa Laureles Hotel

This is an older yet well maintained hotel. It’s clean with fairly large rooms. You couldn’t ask for a better staff. Breakfast was solid but nothing flashy, keep in mind the price. My wife and I were very content here and stayed for 10 nights. It’s in a safe area with hundreds of coffee shops and restaurants nearby - Mexican Indian, Asian Burgers and of course Colombian. This hotel is an excellent value. The downside there can be a bit of road noise, but it’s not overwhelming and I never had trouble sleeping.

More than my expectations, the place is more beautiful than the photos, staff incredible, delicious buffet, nice parking area inside, hot water, elevator, chilling in a very nice area in Laureles; very good relation quality-price, highly recommended it.

Unfortunately for a hotel of this category, we do not have good comments. Change of rate to the reservation we made, they made us cancel it because according to them it was not the price of the room, poor service and it not only happened to us, other families arrived with the reservation and changed the value.
