Hotel Boutique Florencia Plaza

We stayed at this hotel three nights and I definitely recommend it not. The hotel is located close to the highway, preventing us from sleeping. This hotel is located close to the city center, which is totally false since it is about 8 kms from the city center. In addition, an appalling breakfast was served in a polystyrene box. Finally, the staff is just kind. In short, there are many other hotels in Medellín that are surely much more satisfying.

The rooms have no towel rail, the air conditioning smells bad enough, the toilet is very low. Hot water is intermittent or nonexistent. Power outlets are scarce and some do not work. The staff is friendly but requests take a long time because they are glued to the cell phone.

We stayed for 3 days, 3 adults. The offer said double bed and additional bed. The large bed is not a double bed. Only one bed had blankets. There was no TV signal, we asked for help and the service person did not know how to activate the TV service. There was no hot water. The sheets were not clean, there was hair all over the sheet. It has parking only for 2 cars, you have to look for a nearby residential building to pay for parking. The restaurant is 2 blocks from the hotel and is a garage used as a kitchen. The breakfast offering is limited, the eggs were good but the arepas were old and of poor quality. I do not recommend taking the meal service included, it is a waste of money. I didn't have a data phone to pay by card, we had to find an ATM to pay in cash. At the hotel there are no tourism offers in the city. The room is next to the reception and you had to hear the noise of people entering and leaving late at night. In general the house, because it is not a hotel, is very abandoned. The site does not justify the price.
