Las Rosas Hotel Boutique

It is a well located accommodation, everything is within walking distance and it is in a safe area. The room has everything you need, our bed was two single beds joined together but everything was quite functional. The only issue with the service was that despite following the instructions we did not have a change of bathroom towels. The staff were quite friendly and very helpful, they supported us a lot. The breakfast is very rich but the accommodation does not have enough space for all the guests since one day we had no place to have breakfast. In short, it is an accommodation only to get to sleep and be on the street getting to know and sightseeing. It is close to the nightlife of Medellín.

Only reason I stayed here was a friend had 2 nights credit, and I needed a place for 4 nights and did not feel like moving. Thought it was high priced for what it was. The last night I asked them to have a TAXI for a ride to the airport at 6 AM and they had a high priced private car arrive. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Was clean, shower was ok. AC worked. I liked the area. Staff was great.

We had two large rooms with accommodations for 10 of us, we had our own floor. The front desk personnel was always very attentive, friendly and full of recommendations as to how to get places. The hotel itself is cute and quaint nothing special or fancy. Everything was clean, the pool area is nice, for a large party with five kids we enjoyed our stay. This zone is the nicest zone, higher end and more of the quiet side - we were able to walk to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores. Some of te nearby hotels open their terraces or restaurants at night for dancing (for adults) all have private security and most have valets. This hotel specifically was good for our family stay.
