Prado 72 Barranquilla

I booked 2 night in this hotel. The pictures are weight too far from reality. They´re fake pictures; the hotel is old, has unprofessional staff. Location is ok, but the rooms are noisy and the breakfast is a very sad plate almost empty. nothing to do with the large Colombian gastronomy, like they offer when you get there. The worst thong was that they were charging a fee reserved only for Colombian people, not for visitors. Stay away from this hotel.

Hotel would not honor my reservation price, raised the rate for no reason! Never provided me with a receipt, too busy. Room no chair, no hot water. Stayed May 26 to June 7, 2016.will never go back! Everytime I requested my statement or hotel receipt, too busy. Never told me why they would honor my reservation price.

Checked in at 1 am, got into the room which was disgusting. Bedbugs in the bed, the shower was a hole in the wall with cold water only. Room smelled like sewage and no windows. The room liked a basement storage. The breakfast area was filthy and this entiee hotel needs a complete make over. We checked out and moved to another hotel.
