Let's start with the rooms… comfortable, although the room service was delayed… we requested a towel at 3 when we were given the room, and it was delivered at 8 in the evening… the television service, like the WIFI, does not work… regarding the dining area, there lies the major issue: tables full of uncollected plates, no placemats, and at breakfast time (peak hour), occasionally there were two people attending, who could not keep up. In the facilities, only one elevator is functioning out of those that were visible, which is insufficient for the number of rooms and guests.
