My first reservations were in March 2024. I did not get the type of room I reserved, but since I am not bilingual, I let it go. The room I had was clean and decent, although the kitchen was inadequate beyond the microwave and refrigerator. The stove was ancient. I did not find the noise levels bothersome. It was comfortable. Given its convenient location, I tried to make a follow up reservation for May 1, using Hotels.com. Twice my reservation was rejected by this hotel. I accepted that and found another property. However, this property charged my credit card for the reservation that it rejected and did so for approximately $60 than the price offered by Hotels.com I am a CPA with 23 years of international travel behind me. I am not financially naive and I am very experienced with international hotels. This hotel committed fraud. Combined with its inability to deliver the room I reserved, it doesn't even deserve the Terrible rating.

I should have read the reviews before showing up. I didnt get any sleep the first night because of the extreme noise. There is no acoustic insulation. You can hear noise from the lobby, next room or practically any place near by. I had to leave after the first night. I dont recommend this place if you are a light sleeper.
