I love it, it is very nice and the experience is very good. The animations are very clean and comfortable. The staff is also friendly and with good manners. The animations have an excellent view. They have excellent service and their prices seem very fair and accessible to me.

We traveled to Bogota for a friends wedding. We speak very little Spanish. The hotel looby is really cute, with lots of space to hang out and relax. Hotel is very clean and we felt safe. The front door remains locked and only opened by the front desk or a person at the door. Rooms were sizeable but beds really only meant for 2 people. We had to get 2 rooms for a family of 4. Our rooms had efficiency type kitchens with small refrigerators. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Google translate was our friend and the staff was very helpful in working out communications. The street this hotel is on was under construction and is a one way so made it difficult for ubers and cars to pick us up. The surrounding area was decent but not upscale. Mini-mart type store across the street is great for snacks, drinks, etc, with a larger grocery store 2 blocks in the opposite direction. Plan to take a taxi or uber to get to most places. You have to go to the Calico Cat Cafe. It is one block from the hotel and is super cute. You buy food, drinks etc for 10,000 pesos and you get 30 minutes upstairs playing with cats. Very clean!

The room was big enough, but rather Spartan. The bed was very comfortable, maybe memory foam. The breakfast was better than expected, including omelets made to order. Staff is excellent. Good neighborhood if you're gay, but otherwise doesn't have a lot to offer.
